To place an order, simply send us an email explaining what you would like to order. We will respond with information about how to pay your deposit and let you know of any other information we will need. See email address below.
Some things to consider when placing an order:
- Deposit equal to 1/2 the cost of the tipi is required at the time you place your order.
- Full balance is due before delivery or shipment of your tipi.
- Shipping costs are not included, and are paid by the buyer. Our warehouse is in Cuernevaca, Mexico, so shipping costs should be figured from there. For example, we shipped a 4.5 meter, fully-painted tipi from Mexico to England via Fed Ex and the cost was just under $400 US Dollars. (This is just an example. Keep in mind that paint adds to the weight of the tipi.) Shipping within Mexico is much less expensive.
- All tipi's are custom ordered. We don't make them until we receive your order. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for a plain tipi, and at least 6 weeks for a fully-painted tipi (after the design has been agreed upon).
- Quantity discounts are available for orders of 10 or more tipi's.
